There are many fun things to do on the weekends in Cape May this November. Here are the events we think guests will most enjoy.
Cape May Stage presents: “Last of the Red Hot Lovers” | November 4 +
Barney Cashman is a successful restaurant owner and family man who, after 22 years of marriage, decides it’s high time to have an affair. Using his mother’s empty apartment, he attempts to lure various women over for sex, but his efforts prove more than a little bumbling. A hard-living type openly derides him, a young actress proves too insane, and his best friend’s wife is offended by the very idea.
Archery at Beach Plum Farm | November 5 +
At Beach Plum Farm grab a bow and arrow and test your skills at their exclusive backfield archery range. An instructor is always onsite to make sure everyone is safe and has fun.
Fall Migrants at the Rea Farm | November 6, 13 +
Join Cape May BO naturalists for a two-hour walk-through of Rea Farm. Rea Farm attracts all kinds of migratory birds like warblers, sparrows, and others. It’s also a great place to spot migrant raptors overhead. Birding takes place in all kinds of weather, so please check the weather and dress appropriately. Each walk is about 1.5 miles long and comfortable shoes are suggested. Cape May is one of the primer spots to birdwatch on the East Coast. Don’t miss your chance to catch the fall 2021 migration.

The Fall Crafts & Collectibles show on the ground of Emlin Physick estate offers an excellent selection of wares from local crafters, artists, and artisans. It’s the perfect event at which to enjoy the warmth (and flavors) of fall in the Northeast and get excited about the upcoming holiday season. Pick up some holiday gifts or find something just for you.
Sunset Beach: A Place for All Seasons | November 14

Explore nearby areas including the Magnesite Plant, Davey’s Lake, and Pond Creek Marsh. This FREE walk is sponsored by the New Jersey Division of Fish and Wildlife.
Holiday Tree-lighting Ceremony | November 20
Ho, ho, ho. Here comes Santa and his elves. This year, they’ll deck the halls of the Physick Estate with thousands of lights and holiday trimmings. On November 20, enjoy a free performance of holiday classics by the Atlantic Brass Band, plus the company of Santa, for this tree-lighting spectacular.

All That Glitters Trolley Tour | November 26 +
New for 2021. Immerse yourself in Victorian America – the year is 1899. A Physick family friend helps with preparations for a New Year’s Day celebration. Join her on errands about town as she executes plans for this very important party. Then, gather at the Physick estate to meet the family and decorate the house.
