Montreal Beach Resort Policies

We want our customers to enjoy their stay at our Cape May hotel. We don’t have many rules. Here are the ones that matter. If you have questions or concerns, please call us at (800) 525-7011.

Check-In Time After 2:00 pm (Guaranteed by 4:00 pm)

Check-Out Time by 11:00 AM

Rates

Quoted rates apply to confirmed reservations made at least two weeks prior to arrival and secured by deposit. Otherwise, rates are subject to change. NJ Sales & Room Tax not included in rates. Minimum stay required where applicable. Reservations for our Cape May vacation rentals made less than 14 days prior to arrival will be subject to a $25 daily charge.

Deposits & Refunds

As with most Jersey Shore inns and resorts, a deposit of one night is required to secure the reservation. Confirmation will be sent upon receipt of deposit, when time permits. Deposits are not refundable unless we are notified NO LATER than 14 days PRIOR to arrival date. Sorry, no exceptions. If you are eligible for refund, you will be subject to a 20% service fee. Deposits cannot be transferred. Deposit and cancellation terms are strictly applied. Reservations made fewer than 14 days prior to arrival will be subject to a $25 daily charge.

At Check-In

Balance is due in full upon check-in and is payable by either cash, travelers check or credit card. Personal checks accepted for deposit only, not for payment of the final balance. License plate number of vehicle is required. The Montreal Beach Resort provides parking for one car per unit. Off-street parking is available.
